About the event
Join me on a spiritual journey back into the core of your being. This day is for those already familiar with meditation/mindfulness and wanting to explore deeper. Take this day for reconnection. Guided by meditation and being still. In the stopping you may be greeted by a cacophony of noise and discomfort. Dropping through this facade and false illusion reveals a deep inner peace that has never left us.
The day includes movement, energy work, and deeper inquiry for those familiar with meditation. There are 4 sessions of meditation finishing with a relaxing Gong bath. Please note meditations are 30-40 minutes which may be challenging for beginners.
